The Bridge Placement Process

Getting a dental bridge typically requires two visits to our Egg Harbor Township office.

First Visit: We prepare the anchor teeth by gently reshaping them to accommodate the crowns. Then we take precise impressions of your teeth, which are sent to a trusted dental lab. You'll leave with a temporary bridge to protect your teeth while your custom bridge is crafted.

Second Visit: Once your permanent bridge is ready, we remove the temporary and carefully fit and adjust the new bridge. We check your bite and comfort, then securely cement the bridge in place.

Caring for Your Bridge

With proper care, a dental bridge can last many years. We recommend:

Brushing twice daily and flossing carefully around the bridge
Using a floss threader or interdental brush to clean under the pontic
